Terms of Service

Welcome to InfoTarga.com, a service provided by RS1 Project. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By using InfoTarga.com, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to use InfoTarga.com. By accessing the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Access and Security

Access to InfoTarga.com may require an account or API credentials. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your credentials
  • Ensuring they are not shared, leaked, or embedded in client-facing code
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from compromised or misused credentials.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access, throttle traffic, or disable API keys at any time, with or without notice, including if we detect unusual or abusive activity.

3. Fees and Payment

Certain features of InfoTarga.com may require payment. You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate billing and tax information
  • Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Pricing may change with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Fair Usage and Service Limits

To maintain service stability and prevent abuse, we may enforce rate limits, quotas, or throttling mechanisms. These may be dynamic and may change based on demand, technical constraints, or abuse detection.

Examples of abuse include:

  • Excessive request volume not aligned with your plan
  • Automated scripts sending fake or malformed requests
  • Use of the API from unregistered sources or proxy networks

We reserve the right to apply rate limits, disable keys, or terminate access if your usage threatens system integrity or violates fair use expectations.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

InfoTarga.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees about:

  • Data availability, freshness, or completeness
  • Uptime, latency, or service speed
  • Specific feature access or long-term support

We may:

  • Add, modify, or remove features at any time
  • Restrict or terminate the Service at our sole discretion
  • Shut down the Service permanently with or without notice

Your subscription or paid access does not guarantee future availability of any specific feature or endpoint.

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automation without our explicit consent
  • Use the Service to track, target, or exploit individuals
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the API to third parties
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or clone the platform
  • Access the Service in violation of export restrictions or sanctions

Use of the Service in sensitive or high-risk systems (e.g. life support, emergency services, credit scoring) is strictly prohibited. The Service is informational and not intended for use in regulated or mission-critical environments.

7. Data Use and Accuracy

InfoTarga.com provides access to data obtained from public or third-party sources. You acknowledge that:

  • The data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
  • We do not verify or guarantee correctness
  • You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret any data retrieved via the API

You must not rely solely on InfoTarga.com for legal, medical, financial, or compliance decisions.

We disclaim all responsibility for decisions made or actions taken based on the information accessed through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding associated with InfoTarga.com are owned by RS1 Project or its licensors. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute any part of the platform
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Misuse trademarks, logos, or brand elements

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide no warranties, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you is capped at £100 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim — whichever is greater

This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RS1 Project, its affiliates, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your:

  • Use or misuse of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable law or third-party rights

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

12. Legal and Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RS1 Project. If any section is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. We may assign these Terms freely; you may not without our prior consent. Failure to enforce any part does not waive our rights.

These Terms are written in English. In case of translation, the English version prevails.
